FORT WORTH, TEXAS, February 13, 2023 – Avery Walton of Cisco captured Reserve Supreme Champion Ewe and Champion Southdown Ewe as well as Reserve Champion Suffolk Ewe at the 2023 Fort Worth Stock Show & Rodeo. Editor, Gender neutral language There has been discussion concerning 'gender neutral' language in Eastland County Personnel Policy. Upon investigation, I have learned that the language change recommendation came from the Human Resource (HR) Department of the Texas Association of Counties (TAC). Gov. Greg Abbot has issued a disaster declaration for Texas counties affected by the early February ice storm and is seeking a federal declaration as well for areas in Southeast Texas affected by rare January tornadoes. The ice storm caused considerable damage to property and power outages in the affected areas.
