Supporters enjoy Fish Fry at Carbon Fire Dept.

The 5th graders at Siebert Elementary School in Eastland invite you to join them for their annual Hometown Heroes Program on Friday, November 10 at 9:00 or 2:30 pm. Veterans, Fire, Police and members of the medical community will be celebrated during this time. There will a reception in your honor after the morning program.

The Cisco College Rodeo Team performed exceptionally well at the Texas Tech University Rodeo this past weekend in Lubbock, winning four championships and two reserve championships.

The next musical is Saturday, November 4, 2023.

Bethel Baptist Church in Eastland is having our Craft and Bake Sale on November 10 and 11 from 8AM to 5PM each day. Choose from a selection of stuffed animals, bows for gifts or decorations, barn wood pictures, hanging kitchen towels, microwave _____ _________ ______ arrangements, decorated pillow cases and sweatshirts - just to name a few.

Entry fees are as follows: $20.00 for individual cattle and calves, including single commercial heifers) $35.00 for a pen of three commercial heifers $15.00 for sheep, goats and hogs $15.00 for poultry entries (pens of broilers and individual turkeys) $15.00 for market rabbit pens $15.00 for each breeding rabbit 5. All breeds and species subject to market validation must be owned by exhibitors by validation day. Breeding animals must be owned by December 1, except breeding beef heifers (not commercial heifers) which must be registered in the name of the exhibitor by November 1. Catholic Church in Cisco

The Tri-County Baptist Association Annual Meeting will be hosted by Lake Leon Baptist Church this Sunday evening, Nov. 5th. Business Session and meal will begin at 5 PM in the Fellowship Hall, followed by a worship service at 6 PM in the sanctuary. Dr. Cory Hines, President of Howard Payne University, will be the speaker.

Tea Party Patriots of Eastland County invites you to a screening of the just-released Dinesh D'Souza documentary, Police State. It will begin at 6:30 p.m. Thursday, November 9, at the Myrtle Wilks Community Center, 1498 W I 20, Cisco. There is no charge, but donations are appreciated.
