Cisco Writers Club invites you to join us at 7:00 p.m. Thursday, May 4, when we will tackle 'predatory publishing.' This will be in the Hilton Center, 309 Conrad Hilton Blvd., Cisco.
We're delighted to have Nancy Robinson Masters of Abilene to negotiate the possible hazards in publishing. In addition to author, pilot, and inspirational speaker, Nancy is an excellent teacher. Sunday school is her mission field, Nancy says, noting that her most important work in life is “teaching children in Sunday school.” She is also a favorite writing instructor. She has taught several classes for Cisco Writers Club through the years.
She should know a thing or two about writing, speaking and inspiring. Nancy is the author of over 50 books, including award-winning selections for children. She has spoken to more than 300,000 students and teachers across America through her “Freedom to Read ‘em” Visiting Author programs. Her more the 3,000 feature articles have appeared in a variety of publications. Her writing has taken her around the world including traveling with the National Science Foundation in Antarctica.
