I hope you think our town is looking good because I sure do. I’m seeing gardens being planted and several already in production. I’m seeing existing flower beds being cleaned up with flowers blooming and new flower beds being started. It is that time of the year.
Our city crew is busy taking care of the city parks and chipping up stacks of limbs that have been trimmed. If you have limbs that need to be chipped, please contact the city office and get on the list. We can’t do them all at once but we will get to you if you call and get on the list. Remember Hopefully this will just be the beginning. It would be great to see this as an annual event in Gorman and for Gorman that a three inch across limb is about the biggest our chipper will handle.
Also, remember your neighbors! If they need a little help getting their place fixed up or mowed, consider giving them a hand. It will do your heart good and be greatly appreciated!
