Receipts were 4136 including 1076 packer cows, bred cows and pairs and 3060 yearlings and calves. We had 393 consignors and 80 buyers. Packer cows were $6 to $8 higher. Packer bulls were $5 to $7 higher. Young replacement cows and pairs were $100 to $150 higher. Market on steers and heifers weighing 500# and under were $8 to $10 higher on weaned cattle and steady on the non-weaned cattle. Market on steers and heifers weighing over 500# were $7 to $10 higher on the weaned yearlings and steady on the nonweaned. We had a big run today with all classes of cattle being higher.
