Ranger council votes to halt

codification process - for now

Thanks to the Ranger City Council, the town’s cats – and their owners – can put away the leash, at least for a bit.

Citing an unreasonable ordinance that requires all untagged cats to be on a leash as proof that some of the town’s regulations need to be reviewed, Robert Butler urged the rest of the Ranger City Council to push pause on the town’s plans to proceed with codlegal team on Monday. The council listened, voting to halt a deal with Franklin Legal.
