Cisco thinclads roll to district title in front of home fans

Make no mistake about, the Cisco boys’ and girls’ track and field teams will be a force at the Area Track and Field Championships when they get underway at Newton Field in Graham.

Not only will they have plenty of talent, they’ll have plenty of numbers.

The CHS boys’ and girls' flexed their muscle last week at the District 10 Track and Field Championships. Running in front of their own fans, the teams combined to qualify for the Area meet in 49 events, including all three relays. The Lady Loboes rolled up a meet-high 239 points and qualified in 29 events.
