Nancy Stewart, Eastland Memorial Hospital District Board President, will be giving a presentation at the Gorman Community Center on Monday, March 24th, 6:00 PM, regarding special May 3rd local elections to decide for or against the expansion of the EMH district. There will be two simultaneous elections: One election for residents inside the current EMH District; One election for residents inside of Eastland County, but not in the district, to join the district. Both elections must pass for the expansion to happen. Early Voting begins April 22, 2025.
