WHEREAS, Kenneth Chapman served the Eastland County Water Supply District as director from 2002 until death, and :+(5($6 WKURJKRW KLV WHUH RI RIFH KH was faithful in attendance; conscientious and knowledgeable in his decisions, and was loved and respected by his fellow members of the Board of Directors, and WHEREAS, our valued member departed this life and this service January 26, 2025, and :+(5($6LWLVWWLJDGSURSHUWKDWKLVORJ loyal service be recognized, it is the sorrowful wish of the Board with whom he served so long and so well, to make known that service: the loss his passing will be to the Board and the District, now THEREFORE, be it resolved by the Board of Directors of the Eastland County Water Supply District that this resolution be spread upon the minute records of the district and a copy hereof be delivered to his family.
