The Cisco Loboes are Bi-District Champions in Basketball as they defeated Nocona 42-34 at Eagle Mountain in Saginaw on Wednesday. They will play for Area Friday, Feb. 21 against Waco Meyer at Granbury High School at 6:00 p.m.
