It is with great sorrow and heavy hearts that the Eastland County Water Supply District Board of Directors and staff mourn the loss of our board President Kenneth Chapman. Ken faithfully served the district for over twenty-two years beginning May 16, 2002 when he was elected as a conscientious and knowledgeable in his decisions, making great efforts to assure the district was doing everything possible to best serve the Cites of Eastland and Ranger. In recognition of skills for the citizens of this County the ECWSD Board of Directors sincerely appreciates his service to the community.
