The Ranger College men’s soccer team will try and punch its way to a trip to the NJCAA national soccer tournament on Friday when they face off against Murray State College in the Mid-West District Championships. The game is scheduled for 2 p.m. at Tarleton State University in Stephenville.
The Rangers captured the Region V championship in memorable fashion recently, defeating Western Texas College in penalty kicks at Gateway Park in Fort Worth.
Murray State College won the Region 2 championship by downing Eastern Oklahoma State College.
