The Santa Anna Mountaineers dealt the Ranger Bulldogs a tough 69-24 setback on Thursday in nondistrict football action. With the loss, Ranger dropped to 0-3 for the season. Running back Jordyn Rodriguez powered the RHS attack. A freshman, he scored Ranger's first touchdown with an acrobatic catch while falling into the end zone. He also tacked on a second score later in the contest. Ranger will return to play this Friday when they host Cranfills Gap at 7:30 p.m..
