Texas teachers are doing incredible, important work, and they deserve to be recognized for it. Ranger ISD, alongside the Texas Teacher Incentive Allotment Program, is working to reward teachers who make a difference in our students’ lives every day.
TIA was established to provide outstanding teachers an accessible pathway to a vious education programs, TIA is not a grant. Districts can identify and designate outstanding teachers through approved local designation systems based on student growth and classroom observation.
Ranger ISD is especially excited to announce that eight of its teachers have received an increase in pay due to their local TIA program. The TIA, designed to recruit, support, and retain highly effective teachers, has given these teachers a boost in pay to reward their dedication and growth within the district.
