RIBBON CUTTING-The Cisco Chamber of Commerce honored Cisco College with a ribbon-cutting ceremony marking the opening of the new Barber Program in the Vo-Tech II building on the Cisco campus. Present at the ceremony were, from left, Tammy McCulloch Loran, Executive Director of the Chamber of Commerce; Dr. Thad Anglin, President of Cisco College; Heather McClure, Vice President of Instruction; Rhonda Bryant, Director of the Barber Program and Cosmetology; Jessica Stovall, a fulltime instructor; Dr. Rick Marks, Dean of Workforce and Economic Development of the college; Darwin Archer, Cisco City Manager; Ricky Whatley, Cisco College Board of Regents member; Kenneth Preston, Cisco Police Chief and also a member of the Board of Regents; Greg Cary, Board of Regents member and an Accountant for the Wilks Corporation; Rick Watts, Board of Regents member; Tyler Clement, owner of Clement Portraits Studio; and Jessica Railsback of Prosperity Bank.
