Michael Clay has a dream. As a student in the new Barber Program at Cisco College, Michael dreams of one day having his own barber shop, but not just any barber shop.
“I want my barber shop to be more of a mentorship. As I cut young men’s hair, I’m going to be telling them my story, and trying to prevent them from getting into the trouble that I got into.”
He wants to have a lobby with sports TV, and a basketball goal in the parking lot. He wants a refrigerator full of Gatorade and a pantry full of snacks.
