The Gorman High School Lady Panthers might not have walked away from the Area track meet with the team championship but you won’t find them too worried.
They captured something far better during the April 11 meet in Whitney.
They punched their way to 11 berths in the upcoming regional track meet en route to placing third in the area standings. The GHS girls rolled up 98 points in the meet. Gordon won the girls’ team title with 142 points. Blum edged out Gorman for second with 111.
