The Rising Star Wildcats turned in stellar efforts in the 4x100- and 4x400-meter relays and Kobey Morris won two gold medals last Thursday en route to carrying the team to the top of the team standings at the Priddy Pirate Relays.
As a team, Rising Star finished the meet with 122 points and edged out Jonesboro for the boys’ team title.
