The Cisco Lady Loboes medaled in all three relays last Thursday and, as a result, rolled up more than 200 points at the annual Golden Shoe Relays in Clyde. As a team, the CHS girls garnered six medals in the meet and rolled up 201 points and easily edged out Clyde for the top spot in the girls’ standings.
The Lady Loboes’ owned the 4x400-meter relay. The four runners combined for a meet-nest of 4 minutes, 14.70 seconds. They took second in the 4x100-meter race at 52.06 and second in the 4x200-meter race at 1:50.56.
All together, the CHS relay teams accounted for 52 of Cisco’s total points. Brooklyn Speer and Lola Hart added to the Lady Loboes’ point totals. Speer ran her way to a silver medal in the 400-meter dash, taking second overall with a time of 1:05.30. Hart was second in the 800-meter run with a time of 2:25.02.
