Letter To Editor

In the newspaper article last week, the ECWSD finally admitted that they were targeting a surplus.

The article stated: “The Supply District, retains a percentage of its annual operating budget as a contingency fund. Our auditor recommends one year of operating expenses in reserve. Currently the Supply District as fewer than six months of

reserves.”
