Celebrated annually to commemorate the TRUE FACT that Old Rip was taken out of the Eastland County Courthouse cornerstone, marking some 31 years he spent sealed in there. Publicity is going out, so we all should acknowledge the fact that OLD RIP lived sealed for a long, long time, but is brought out on this Special Day to mark his UNENTOMBMENT. We just, this day, made it known to a state writer of renown, and she’ll be putting the word out far and wide. be involved in this National event on the northwest corner of the Eastland square. Now you decide what you can add to the Historic Day of Old Rip Remembrance and to make sure many are on P.S.
