Chairman Bryan Daniel presented six Jobs and Education for Texans (JET) grants totaling more than $2.5 million to four schools in West Central Texas. The ceremony was held at Ranger College.
The #JET grants will support career and technical education (CTE) training programs by helping the schools purchase and install equipment to initially train 542 students for high demand careers as emergency medical technicians, welders, medical assistants, electro-mechanical technicians, HVAC mechanics, and more.
