The Ranger Bulldogs scored five touchdowns in the second quarter on Thursday and rolled to an easy 54-6 victory over the Paint Rock Indians in non-district six-man football action.
Just how dominating were the Bulldogs? Consider this, Ranger scored eight touchdowns and rolled up 256 yards on offense while running just 20 plays. Defensively, the Bulldogs limited Paint Rock to just 77 yards.
Ranger got the scoring started quickly, scoring on its first play from scrimmage. After Ranger had forced Paint Rock to turn the ball over downs to open the game, James Uhlhorn struck quickly. He took a handoff from Leo Martinez and sprinted 25 yards for a touchdown.
