The Eastland County Retired Teachers Association is hosting an Ice Cream Social on Monday, August 28th at 6:00 pm. The social will take place at the historic Conrad Hilton Center in Cisco, 309 Conrad Hilton Blvd. All retired teachers of Eastland County are invited to attend.
