Discuss and Consider Inspections of Downtown Unoccupied Buildings 8. Denver Rainey to Address the City Commission Regarding City Operations 9. Discuss and Consider Action on the No New Revenue Tax Rate and the Voter-Approval Rate Determine the 2023 Tax Rate 10. 1st Reading of Ordinance 9-7-2023 An Ordinance Adopting the Ad Valorem Tax Rate for the 2023 11. Discuss and Consider Action of the Water Tower CDBG Project: Consider Change to Purchase Tower Rather Than Repair.
