Bankhead Community Theatre hosts Shakespeare in the Park, Young Thespians Camp

The Bankhead Community Theatre has several upcoming projects including Shakespeare in the Park and a Young Park will be on July 21 and 22 at 7 p.m. at the Conrad Hilton Center Memorial Park in Cisco.

“Deriving its name from the historical Bankhead Highway that has connected our local communities for the past century, Bankhead Community Theatre hopes to be the path to continuing that unification through fostering an enthusiastic resurgence of the performative arts in the area,” Bankhead Community Theatre Artistic Director Leah Ingram said. “With our debut performance of Shakespeare In The Park, we hope to lay the first stepping stone in this mission.”

Actors have been rehearsing for the past two weeks.
