The crash occurred on Farm to Market Road (FM) 2214, milepost 486 at County Road 431 - 2 miles west of Desdemona. Posted speed limit was 70.
Vehicle 1 was a 2013 Dodge Avenger, passenger car; Vehicle 2, a 2018 Prevost, bus.
