Stephanie Worrels was sworn in Monday, June 12, 2023 to the Ranger ISD Board of Trustees. Board President Gerald Gunstanson administrated the Oath of Office. Board trustees and Superintendent welcomed Stephanie Worrels to her new position. She will be serving in Place 1. With all places now filled, the board is complete, it was noted. Worrels is Associate Vice President at Ranger College.
Regarding serving on the Ranger ISD Board, Stephanie Worrels made the following statement: “Education is essential. I have worked for 18 years in K-12 in Florida and I have worked for 5 years and currently working in higher education in Texas. Through education, we can change the lives of families and our communities, and being a Board Member allows me to collaborate with other board members and the Superintendent to help the school provide quality education to Ranger students. My motto is ‘Reach them, teach them’.”
